Training
BORICA conducts training for personnel from banks and companies servicing their ATMs connected to the BORICA system. The training includes both theoretical and practical sessions and covers all ATM models supported by BORICA. After the training, bank employees acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for the proper servicing of ATMs.
ATM Monitoring
Banks with ATMs connected to the BORICA card system are provided with an online, real-time monitoring system for observing the cash availability and technical status of the ATMs. Additionally, an interface has been developed for the automatic exchange of data regarding ATM availability and status with the bank, enabling integration with other banking systems (e.g., Cash Management Systems).
This allows banks to monitor the ATMs they service, respond promptly to technical issues or low cash levels in the cassettes, and use the data for forecasting. In turn, this increases the availability of services provided via the ATMs.
